• Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final. 

• Please note that if you choose the un-tracked shipping method (a postage stamp/regular mail), there will be no insurance on your package. Once your order leaves my studio and the post office takes over, I'm not obligated to replace or refund orders lost in the mail. 

• Please double-check to confirm that you are sending me the correct information for your tag.

• If an error was made on my end (misspelled name, incorrect number, wrong size, or metal), I will gladly make it again!

• I do my very best to line-up and center the names and phone numbers on your tag(s), however, because I am stamping each character by hand, there will be mild deviations. This is part of what gives handcrafted items character :)
